All orders are shipped out of our distribution center in Athens, Greece.

Shipping in Greece for orders over 100 euros is free with ACS and 3 euros with DHL. For orders under 100 euros, there is a flat fee of 3 euros (including free cash on delivery) with ACS or a fee of 5 euros with DHL (cash on delivery not possible with this courier). Same day delivery is available with ACS within Athens at a fee of 10 euros.

Shipping in Greece is free with all couriers for orders over 300 euros (except for same-day delivery).

You have also the option to pickup your order from our Athens Store or a Box Now locker of your choice within the next working day.

International orders are shipped with DHL (see table below). Please note that, due to new regulations after the Brexit, orders below 150 euros cannot be shipped to the UK.

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are the client's responsibility where they apply. Please note that for orders shipped to the USA, there are no import taxes and duties for purchases below 800 us dollars (approximately 750 euros).  

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. AESTHET shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order. Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. In this case, re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.

GIFTS
During the checkout, you have the possibility to choose if you want your order, or some items in your order, to be sent as gifts with an extra charge of 3 euros. This includes a gift packaging and a gift exchange card with instructions on how to exchange the gift with another item. You can also write a personal message that will be included in your gift on a handwritten card.

You may also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, please fill in the recipient's details in the Shipping Address during the checkout and you will be informed by email when the gift has been delivered. The order's invoice will be sent only to you by email.

If you are not sure what to choose as a gift, you also have the option to offer a Gift Card.

 RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundable. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

Returns are not possible from countries outside the E.U. Returns are also not accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.

AESTHET reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

• PRODUCT EXCHANGE: Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style. 
• STORE CREDIT: Store credit can be used on a future order within 12 months of the return.
• REFUND: Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date when returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. Aesthet is not liable for any incoming fees charged by the recipient's bank.
