AESTHET is the trading name of AZ Exclusive Trading S.A., a company registered in Greece under registration number 127193101000. Our registered address is Souliou 37, Agios Dimitrios 17342, Greece. Our VAT number is 800522559.

AESTHET’s website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of and Conditions and any other rules posted on our website. AESTHET reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company assumes the obligation to update this document in case of any change or addition to the terms.

According to directive 2013/11/EK, EU residents that have a problem with a purchase made from our e-shop may use the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show for an Alternative Dispute Resolution.

PERSONAL DATA

In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.).
You can see how we use your personal data in our Privacy Policy. The use of our website and services requires the undeniable acceptance of our Terms of Use.

WEBSITE SECURITY

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects all the data you send to us over the internet. When SSL is enabled you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode. Our SSL certificate has been issued by Let's Encrypt.

ORDERS

All orders are shipped out of our distribution center in Athens, Greece. Prices and invoices include the current VAT and are denominated in euros. For countries outside the EU, prices shown are detaxed from VAT. Please note that the local currency approximation shown is for indication purposes only, as all orders are payable in euros. If your credit/debit card (or other payment method) is not denominated in euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. AESTHET cannot be held accountable for any difference between the local currency approximation shown at the checkout and the final amount charged by your card issuer.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers before you may have completed the checkout process. Our quality control check before dispatching an order might also prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards, in which case you will be notified accordingly.

AESTHET offers products that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers, in which case the product will be tagged with the label “More Stock Coming Soon”. In this case you have the possibility of making an advance payment for an advance purchase by contacting our customer service. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once new stock has been delivered to AESTHET. Your rights regarding an advance purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at AESTHET. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of selected items not held in stock. In this case you will be notified by email as soon as the product has become available again online. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand might sell out again by the time you receive our email.

Some of our products might be available upon request only, which means that we will order them from our supplier based on a customer’s specific order. In this case they will be tagged with the label “Pre-Order”. Pre-ordered items are Non-Returnable, however this does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

For any order cancellation or change of address or payment, you may email customerservice@aesthet.com. This option is available only before your order has been shipped. After shipment no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.


PAYMENT METHODS

The following methods of payment are accepted:

• Credit or Debit Card
  AESTHET does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in a secure platform accepting VISA-MASTERCARD-MAESTRO-AMEX-JCB and Google/Apple Pay.
  Up to 6 interest-free installments are available with Greek credit cards except National Bank of Greece credit cards.
  
  
• Paypal
  AESTHET welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.
  
  
• Cash on Delivery
  Paying with cash on delivery is free of charge and is available only in Greece for orders up to 499 euros. Payment will be collected (either cash or credit card) at the time of delivery by the driver. Please ensure that someone will be present to sign and pay for the delivery.
  
  
• Bank Transfer
  We accept bank transfers only from Greek banks through IRIS.
  
  
• Klarna
  If Klarna is available in your country, you may Buy Now and Pay Later (BNPL) with 3 interest-free monthly instalments with the use of your debit card. First instalment will be charged at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped out of our distribution center in Athens, Greece.

Shipping in Greece is free with all couriers for orders over 300 euros (except for same-day delivery). You have also the option to pickup your order from our Athens and Golden Hall Store within 5 days.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. AESTHET shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Undelivered orders will be returned to AESTHET after a period of one week. In such cases, re-delivery will be charged with additional shipping fees.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipped within the EU do not incur any import duties and taxes. All relevant VAT is included in the prices.

For countries outside the EU, prices shown are detaxed from VAT. Customs duties and taxes (if any) are calculated and paid by the customer at checkout. Orders will be sent on a DDP basis, which means that they will be automatically cleared by customs and the customer will not have to pay anything else upon arrival. In case of returns, duties and taxes are not refundable. You can recover these costs by contacting your local customs office directly.

GIFTS

During checkout, you may select if you want your order, or some items in your order, to be sent as a gift. This includes a gift packaging and a gift exchange card with instructions on how to exchange the gift with another item. You can also write a personal message that will be included in your gift on a handwritten card.

You may also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, please fill in the recipient's details in the Shipping Address during checkout and you will be informed by email when the gift has been delivered. The order's invoice will be sent only to you by email.

If you are not sure what to choose as a gift, you also have the option to offer a Gift Card.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be unused and in perfect condition, in their original packaging with security tag and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the initial order shipping address.

Shipping fees and customs duties and taxes are NOT refundable.

Return fees are charged according to the below table. Where returns are free, this policy is limited to one exchange only.

Please note that returns are not possible from countries outside the E.U. except for non-sale items returning from the rest of Europe and Partner Countries (Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA).

Returns cannot be accepted for seasonal or customized items that have been labelled “Non-Returnable” in the product description. Items marked “Final Sale” are also not eligible for return.

AESTHET reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. All orders must be returned with the same courier company they were delivered and with the use of our account. We cannot accept any returns by post or any other shipping companies. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

• Product Exchange: Items can be exchanged for a different size or a different style.
  
  
• Store Credit: Store credit is issued as a Promo Code and is valid for 12 months.
  
  
• Refund: Refunds will be processed within 3 working days from the date when you receive an email informing you that the returned items have been received, checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit/debit card or Paypal account used for paying for the order. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If you have paid with cash on delivery, the refunded amount will be remitted to the bank account (only in Greece) that you will indicate to us. In such case, AESTHET is not liable for any incoming fees charged by the recipient's bank.
  
  

Return Instructions

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just select one of the following options to create a return and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Sign in to your account and select the order and the items you would like to return.
• Select “Return Request” at the footer of our website and enter your email and order number.
• Email returns@aesthet.com and mention your order number and the items you wish to return.

When we receive your return request, you will receive an email confirming your return request and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.

Once we receive and accept your returned package, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit or refund.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift and would like to return it simply follow the instructions in the Gift Exchange Card included in your gift. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.
