AESTHET is the trading name of AZ Exclusive Trading S.A., a company  registered in Greece under registration number 127193101000. Our registered address is 4 Poseidonos Avenue, 17674, Athens, GREECE. Our VAT number is 800522559.

AESTHET’s website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of and Conditions and any other rules posted on our website. AESTHET reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company assumes the obligation to update this document in case of any change or addition to the terms.

PERSONAL DATA

In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.).

WEBSITE SECURITY

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure AESTHET uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. When SSL is enabled you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

ORDERS

All orders are shipped out of our distribution center in Athens, Greece. Prices and invoices include the current official Greek VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in euros.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Our quality control check before dispatching an order might also prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards, in which case you will be notified accordingly.

AESTHET offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers, in which case the product will be tagged with the label “More Stock Coming Soon”. In this case you have the possibility of making an advance payment for an advance purchase by contacting our customer service. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to AESTHET. Your rights regarding an advance purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at AESTHET. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of selected items not held in stock. In this case we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand might sell out again by the time you receive our email.

Some of our products might be available upon request only, which means that we will order them from our supplier based on a customer’s specific order. In this case they will be tagged with the label “Pre-Order”. Pre-ordered items are Non-Returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product.

AESTHET will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

For any order cancellation or change of address or payment, you may email customerservice@aesthet.com. This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.

 

PAYMENT

The following methods of payment are accepted:

Credit or Debit Card

AESTHET does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in AlphaBank’s secure platform accepting VISA-MASTERCARD-MAESTRO-AMEX-DINERS.

4 interest-free installments for orders over 200€ in all Greek credit cards except National Bank of Greece credit cards.

Paypal

AESTHET welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.

Cash on Delivery

Paying cash on delivery is free of charge and is available only in Greece for orders up to 500 euros. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the driver. Please ensure that someone will be present between 9 am and 5 pm to sign and pay for the delivery.

Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure. Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation to transactions@aesthet.com for immediate processing of your order.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping in Greece is free for orders over 50 euros. For orders under 50 euros there is a flat fee of 3 euros (including free cash on delivery).

AESTHET does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within the next working day. Orders must placed by 1.00 pm (CET) for same day dispatch. Orders placed on Friday (after 1pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next working day. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. AESTHET shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order.

Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your redelivery.


GIFTS

During checkout, you have the option to state whether you would like your order to be prepared as a gift. This includes free gift wrapping and a gift exchange card in case the recipient wishes to exchange their gift for another product. You also have the option to include a handwritten personal message. If your order is comprised of different gifts please mention it in the order’s comments.

You may also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, please fill in the recipient’s details in the Shipping Information during checkout and we will notify you by email when the recipient has received your gift. We will also send you directly the invoice of the gift by email.

 

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customisable items for which we are unable to accept returns.

AESTHET reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

  • Product exchange

Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.  

  • Store Credit

Store credit can be used on a future order within 6 months of the return.

  • Refund

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

Refunds are not possible for sale items and for orders paid with interest-free installment.

  • Free returns in Europe do not apply to items on sale. Return fee for sale items is the same as the original shipping fee.
  • Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale from: USA, Canada, Mexico & Rest of the World.

Please note, where returns are free, this policy is limited to one exchange only.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Simply sign into My Account and select the order you would like to return.
  • Alternatively, you can email returns@aesthet.com within 7 working days of receiving your order.
  • You will then receive an email confirming your returns request and information about your compensation options. This email will also include your Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
  • Confirm your chosen compensation method.
  • To return your package to us, fill in the returns form and the courier return voucher enclosed. These must be included in your returned package.
  • Call the courier to arrange pick up and note that items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your RAN.
  • Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.


GIFT RETURNS

If you received a gift and would like to return it simply follow the instructions in the Gift Exchange Card included in your gift. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.
